Policies

SHIPPING INFO:

- Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped out to you, as I individually package each order on my own with love and the utmost care! Shipping times may be slower during big shop updates/collections.
- Handmade orders may take up to 3-5 weeks if marked 'made to order' in the product description. / Times may vary depending on the size of collection and number of orders. If you have any concerns on shipping times please feel free to email me. 
- All orders are shipped via first-class mail (3-5 business days) and comes with tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email when your order is shipped.

REFUNDS/RETURNS:

I do not accept refunds or returns for any orders. If there is something wrong with your order please contact me through the 'contact' tab on my website.

DAMAGED ORDER:

If your product arrives damaged, I will be more than happy to ensure a free replacement for you! All you have to do is send the below information to: "[email protected]"

- a photo of the damaged package and product
- your full name, order number, and a brief explanation
